The lecturer in front of me just sounds like charlie brown's teacher. (Yes, I'm quoting my jc history tutor.) Basically, whatever is coming out of his mouth is "Wa.. Wa... Wa.." meaning gibberish.

Oh god, how much longer do I have to endure this?

It's alright, I have switched off already.

Come, come let me make a point or two.

Does one not think that there is a whole superficiality to the entire human race?
For example, we humans love to believe that we are the supreme beings on earth, and thus we have the divine right to label everything on this planet.

As a result of constant labelling of objects, phenomenon and other stuff around ourselves, we eventually end up being so numb to the labellings that we forget that there are always exceptions to the usual labels of things.

There is that potential danger that every time we look at something around ourselves, we automatically start to label those things based on similar fact patterns we have seen/experienced in the past, without even thinking twice. This is clearly disasterous since basically our world changes everyday and some times things just aren't what they seem on the surface.

It is regretful that our nature has numbed us to the reality around us, that labels of phenomenon, social or otherwise, don't have to apply everytime. These labels sometimes are just like a precedent gone bad, ready to be overruled. All it takes is just a movement of a few brain cells and the courage to see the difference.

haha, god, I don't know what the heck I'm ranting about. Or do I? Hmmm.
