I have always wished for a simple life, but I guess I would never get what I want anyway because my life is never simple, though it may seem so to some. It is a little disheartening, and sometimes fascinating how my simple actions could lead to a whole chain of things for which I never intended nor wished to happen.
Sudden Scary thought: if things keep happening this way, one day I will accidentally light a match and burn a piece of paper which will fly towards curtains and then the curtains will burn down the room and worst still, the fire will spread to the kerosene tanks below and the whole neighbourhood would be burned black . And the WORST thing is I would be liable for the whole thing because it is not too remote in tort :(
Oh dear. But life is never kind to me with regards to granting my wishes, and I do expect more strange things to happen, though I hope nothing else too absurd would happen to me.
However, if the goddess so wishes to send me challenges, then I will meet them head on, without fear. :)
